So, if you didn’t know, we’ve been running a Sword Art Online podcast called Sword Art Online: AOD. But because of the whole Corona Virus issue, we’ve had to switch to an online format. So we’re actually behind on episodes.
We did finally manage to get a recording this past weekend for the AOD podcast, so that will be back up this Sunday, 4/19/2020, if all goes well.
In addition, we’ve started a new podcast series called The Gate Chronicles. I’m still deciding which cover art I like more, but so far we’re using the bottom most image.
If you’ve ever seen our YouTube, you would know that we originally did a video series of this, but unfortunately due to time constraints and overall inexperience that series failed to progress after the first few episodes.
Well, now it’s back. It’s a sort of science-fantasy, post-apocalyptic story that is following the journey of four of our players.
Our plans are currently to make this a Patreon exclusive series for people, but at the same time, we’re not quite certain yet. Because we want to see the community reaction, we’re letting the first 5 episodes be released to public. After that, we’ll probably determine whether or not the series becomes exclusive or maybe just free to access for our patrons.
But another factor that goes into it is the accessibility of the series and whether Patreon is a good distributor for the material. Until recently, Patreon had a deal going with the host, Breaker, but that ended, so we’re looking for a better means regarding hosting. But for now, while we figure things out, please enjoy the first few episodes to the fullest through our main podcast and let us know your thoughts!
